Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
If you received the wrong item, you might get a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Incorrect order received: If you received an incorrect order, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and proof of what you received (photos or videos or the products/package).
Diamontina is not responsible for lost/stolen/damages packages. If you never received the package, you must file a claim with USPS.
Diamontina has the right to refuse service to any customer.
Orders will be processed in 1-9 business days.
Shipping time: U.S orders: 1-3 business days; International orders: 4-15 business days.
You will receive 2 emails, first the confirmation email with order number and then when your order has been shipped.
Insufficient Address/Package sent back:
Diamontina LLC is not responsible for insufficient address submitted by the customer.
Please do not forget to fill your information with FULL ADDRESS, which includes your apt/unit/suit number. Otherwise, USPS will not able to deliver the package.
Mistakes in Shipping Address:
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us inmediately at email@example.com with your name, order number and subject WRONG ADDRESS, so we can help you faster.
The customer has the opportunity to change the shipping address before the order has been sent out, which means before they receive a shipping confirmation email. Otherwise, there is not further action that can be done to change the shipping address.
