- HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

- CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns.
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, all sales are final.
- DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT?
All sales are final, refunds are not accepted. If you do not like the product, we will more than happy to help you find something for you in your next purchase.
- WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
Processing is the time that prepare and package your order takes, it could be from 1-9 business days.
- HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
US Orders: 1-3 business days.
International Orders: 3-4 weeks.
- MY ORDER SAYS IT'S DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT
Sometimes USPS shows in their website packages as delivered when they were not. We recommend you to wait at least 2 more business days, if you still not receive it, please file a claim with USPS at their official website. - HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
Every 10 days or less.
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONTACT ME BACK?
Please allow 48 hours for customer service to respond.
- DO YOU SHIP WORLWIDE?
Yes! International shipping is available.
- I PUT IN THE WORNG ADDRESS!
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please email support@diamontina.com as soon as possible with subject "WRONG ADDRESS", order number, name, last name and your correct shipping address. If you already received an email with shipping confirmation there is not further action that can be done to fix your shipping address.
- MY PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK!
